Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs (beef, pork, turkey, or a combination)
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 0.25 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar.
  • Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  • Pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Perfect over rice or noodles.

Use frozen meatballs for convenience, or homemade for extra flavor. Optional garnishes like sesame seeds and green onions add freshness and crunch. Great served over rice or noodles, or as a party appetizer.
