Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional, adds creaminess)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional sides: mashed potatoes, pasta, or green salad

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Place in a single layer in the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream (if using), and half the Parmesan until smooth.
  • Spread the Caesar mixture evenly over each chicken breast. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internally and the top is golden and bubbly.
  • For a crispier topping, broil on high for 2–3 minutes. Watch closely!
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
