Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the garlic and spices.
  • Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even cooking.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the cheese mixture. In a separate bowl, combine the mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, cream cheese, and parsley (if using). Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  • Top the cheese with a portion of the cooked garlic chicken.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then fold up the bottom and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  • For an extra crispy and melty wrap, heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey. This step is entirely optional.
  • Serve the Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps immediately with your favorite toppings, such as chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, or avocado.
