Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
  • 0.5 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 pineapple wedge (optional garnish)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (optional garnish)
  • 1 banana slice (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and measure them out to prepare for blending.
  • Add banana, rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, coffee liqueur, cream of coconut, and ice into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of pineapple juice if too thick.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or rum level as desired.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry, or banana slice.
