Notes

For the best flavor, use high-quality coffee and fresh spices. Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference. Cool the coffee completely before adding ice to prevent watering down the latte. Homemade pumpkin pie spice is recommended for superior flavor; store any extra spice blend in an airtight container for later use. Leftover pumpkin spice syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week and used to flavor other beverages or desserts. For a vegan option, use plant-based milk and whipped cream. Consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick or a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a chocolate pumpkin flavor.
