Ingredients
  

  • 6 English muffins, split
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Split the English muffins in half using a fork to create nooks and crannies.
  • Lightly toast the English muffins (optional) in the oven or toaster for a few minutes to prevent sogginess.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over each muffin half, about 1-2 tablespoons per half.
  • Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese over the sauce, ensuring it covers the sauce completely.
  • Add your desired toppings. Distribute them evenly over the cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs (optional).
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Don't overload the toppings to prevent soggy muffins. Pre-cook any meats before adding them to the pizzas. Lightly toasting the muffins before adding the sauce creates a crispier crust. Always put the cheese on top of the toppings to help hold everything together and ensure even melting.
