Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji), diced
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 0.25 cup toffee bits (optional)
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined, but do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in diced apples to the mixture.
  • Transfer dip to serving bowl. Drizzle with caramel sauce and swirl for marbled effect.
  • Optional: Top with toffee bits and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Use crisp apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp to balance the sweetness. To avoid browning, toss diced apples with lemon juice before mixing. Can be made ahead and chilled up to 24 hours before serving.
