Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into ½-inch rounds or sticks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the zucchini thoroughly. Slice into ½-inch thick rounds or sticks. For sticks, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then slice each half into sticks.
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Ensure even coating.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Air fry for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Cooking time may vary by device.
  • During the last 2 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese if using for extra flavor and crisp.
  • Serve immediately while hot and crispy. Enjoy as a side, snack, or appetizer.

Notes

For extra crunch, coat with panko before air frying. Try different seasonings like Everything Bagel or lemon pepper. Don't skip preheating and drying the zucchini well for maximum crispiness. Serve immediately for best texture.
